Hermes Waiver Mobile Application gives you access to enter Daily Activity Logs and MAR records into the Hermes Health IT Portal for MR/DD program clients.
After you log in, Hermes Waiver Mobile can be used even if your device is offline. Use the Sync-Data function to upload data you entered to the Hermes IT portal, when you device is online.
Hermes is an operational solution developed by Z-Geoinfo Inc. for its clients. It is only for use by persons with a valid user credential set up via the Hermes EMR Portal and enabled for mobile access.
All operational questions should be directed to the organization running the Hermes IT Portal.
